إن جلد الوجه هو الأكثر تعرضاً للعوامل المضرة لذا فإنه من الضروري حمايته من الخارج ومن الداخل لأن الجلد يحتوي على طبقة داخلية شديدة الحساسية من المفروض تغذيتها من الداخل بالأطعمة اللازمة لحمايتها. وهذا الكتاب يعنى بإرشاد القارئ إلى سبل الحفاظ على نضارة البشرة من خلال العناية على طبقتي الجلد الخارجية والداخلية. لذا فقد جاء الكتاب ضمن قسمين: فالقسم الأول يعالج الحماية الخارجية للجلد بالوسائل التي تعيد إليه شبابه ونضارته باستعمال المواد الطبيعية الزهيدة الثمن والتي لا تحتوي على مواد كيماوية ضارة، ثم سيعرض كيف أن بعض التمارين الرياضية البسيطة تستطيع توفير الأوكسجين اللازم بالإضافة إلى الرشاقة واللياقة البدنية المطلوبة، كذلك فإن بعض التمارين الصينية التي تمارس داخل المنزل، التمارين "الطاوية" تساعد على استعادة الشباب والمحافظة على الصحة. وفي نهاية الجزء الأول سيكشف القناع عن القوى والقدرات المدهشة المتوفرة في العقل البشري، فإمكانيات العقل الباطني غير محدودة، فهو مارد عجيب ينام في داخلنا، فيمكننا الحصول على الصحة والشباب والجمال باستعمالنا هذه القوة الخارقة. أما الجزء الثاني، وهو الأهم، سيعالج مواضيع التغذية ومختلف أنواع الفيتامينات والمعادن والمواد الزيتية والحمية (رجيم) دون خطر، وغير ذلك من المواضيع.
