اﻟﻮﺟﻮد واﻟﺤﻖ" ﻛﺘﺎب ﻳﺒﺤﺚ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻮﺟﻮد واﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮد، واﻟﺨﺎﻟﻖ واﻟﻤﺨﻠﻮق، واﻟﺒﺪاﻳﺔ واﻟﻨﮫﺎﻳﺔ، واﻟﺨﯿﺮ واﻟﺸﺮ، واﻟﺴﻌﺎدة واﻟﺸﻘﺎء. وھﻮ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع أﺻﻞ ﺗﻨﺸﺄ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ اﻟﻔﺮوع، وﻻ ﻳﺴﻠﻢ اﻟﻔﺮع إﻻ إذا أﺳﻠﻢ اﻷﺻﻞ وھﻲ ﺣﻘﯿﻘﺔ ﺗﺒﻨﻰ ﻋﻠﯿﮫﺎ اﻷﺣﻜﺎم وﺗﻘﺎس ﻋﻠﯿﮫﺎ اﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ، وﻻ ﺗﺼﺢ اﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ إﻻ إذا ﺻﺤﺖ اﻟﻤﻘﺪﻣﺎت، وﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﻓﮫﻮ ﻣﻦ اﻷھﻤﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻜﺎن ﺗﺘﻀﺎءل أﻣﺎﻣﻪ اﻟﻐﺎﻳﺎت واﻟﻤﻘﺎﺻﺪ ﻣﮫﻤﺎ ﺟﻠﺖ ﻗﺪﻳﻤﺎً وﺣﺪﻳﺜﺎً. وإن أﻛﺜﺮ اﻟﻨﺎس ﺣﯿﻨﻤﺎ ﻳﻌﺮﺿﻮن ﻟﮫﺬا اﻷﻣﺮ ﻻ ﻳﻠﺘﺰﻣﻮن ﻓﯿﻪ اﻟﻌﻘﻞ واﻟﻤﻨﻄﻖ، وإﻧﻤﺎ ﺗﻜﻮن أﺣﻜﺎﻣﮫﻢ اﺗﺒﺎﻋﺎً ﻷھﻮاﺋﮫﻢ، أو ﺟﺮﻳﺎً ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻨﻦ أﺳﻼﻓﮫﻢ. وإن اﻷﻛﺜﺮﻳﺔ ﺗﺠﮫﻞ ﻣﺎ ودرت ﻓﻲ اﻟﻘﺮآن اﻟﻜﺮﻳﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺣﺠﺞ داﻣﻐﺔ ﺣﻮل ھﺬا اﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮع، ﻓﺄراد اﻟﻤﺆﻟﻒ ظﮫﺎر ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎن ﺧﺎﻓﯿﺎً ﻣﻨﮫﺎ ﻓﻲ ھﺬا اﻟﺒﺤﺚ، وإﻳﺼﺎﻟﻪ إﻟﻰ ﻣﻦ ﻛﺎن ﻣﻌﺮﺿﺎً ﻋﻨﮫﺎ، ﺑﺄﺳﻠﻮب ﻋﻠﻤﻲ رﺻﯿﻦ، ﻳﻌﺘﻤﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺒﺮاھﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﯿﺔ اﻟﻮاﺿﺤﺔ، ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ إﻟﻰ أدﻟﺔ اﻟﻘﺮآن اﻟﻜﺮﻳﻢ ﻋﻦ اﻟﻨﺸﺄة اﻷوﻟﻰ وإﺣﯿﺎء اﻟﻤﻮﺗﻰ واﻟﺒﻌﺚ واﻟﺤﺴﺎب، وﺣﺘﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﺜﻮاب واﻟﻌﻘﺎب.
