يتضمن هذا الكتاب ما يأتي: أولًا: التعليق على القانون رقم 4 لسنة 1994 بإصدار قانون البيئة والفهرس التاريخي والتأصيلي بالتعديلات التي طرأت عليه والقوانين التي أحالت إليه والقوانين السابقة التي ألغاها والقانون رقم 9 لسنة 2009 بتعديل بعض أحكام قانون البيئة، ثانيًا: التعليق على قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 338 لسنة 1995 بشأن اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون البيئة المعدلة بقرارات رئيس مجلس الوزراء أرقام 1741/ 2005 و1095/ 2011 و710/ 2012 والفهرس التاريخي والتأصيلي بالتعديلات التي طرأت على اللائحة التنفيذية، ثالثًا: القوانين والقرارات المكملة لقانون البيئة رقم 4/ 1994 ولائحته التنفيذية رقم 338/ 1995 المعدلة والقانون رقم 102 لسنة 1983 في شأن المحميات الطبيعية ولائحته التنظيمية وفهرس تشريعات المحميات الطبيعية وفهرس بالقوانين والقرارات المكملة لقانون البيئة ولائحته، رابعًا: فهرس الاتفاقيات الدولية التي انضمت إليها مصر المتعلقة بالبيئة، خامسًا: أحدث أحكام النقض المصرية المتعلقة بقانون البيئة المعدل وغيرها، سادسًا: خمسة فهارس متنوعة وهي الفهرس الموجز والتفصيلي والتاريخي والموضوعي وفهرس التعديلات وغيرها.
