هذه شذرات.. كتابات.. يوميات.. تأملات في الحياة.. أفكار غير متقاربة ولكنها متناغمة، حياة ممتدة بين الزمان والمكان والصمت والكلام، والسفر والترحال، والوطن والغربة، والقرى والمدن، والحنين والحب، والحزن والفرح، مسوَّدة حياة من الداخل إلى الخارج، ومن الذات إلى الآخر، أدعوك لأن تعيشها معي، بحذافيرها... في اللغة.
بهذا التقديم تبدأ الدكتورة فاطمة الشيدي كتابها "مقامات الظل: مسودة حياة "1"". هي خواطر وتجربة حياة لكاتبة تمنح اللحظة الكتابية روحها. هي لحظة الكشف حيث تكون الكتابة مشروعاً صادقاً الغاية منه "الإنسان" بكل ما تحمله هذه الكلمة من معنى.
يتألف الكتاب من (433) مقطعاً لا ينتمي لجنس أدبي معين، هي كتابة مفتوحة على العام والخاص تحلّق بالمتلقي إلى عوالم الفن والأدب والموسيقى وكل بديع، هي طقوس الكاتبة وعالمها السرّي الذي لا يفهم كنهه غلا من تذوق متعة الكتابة ومتعة القراءة لذلك يمكن القول أن فاطمة الشيدي تخاطب نخب المتلقين وتسوقهم إلى كتابها كجزء من النصّ فبرأيها "إذا لم يشعر القارئ أن هذا النص يكتبه، ويشبهه، فلن تكون الكتابة، سوى تنفيس ونرجسية من قبل الكاتب".
عن لحظة الكتابة ومخاضها نقرأ للكاتبة: "لحظة الكتابة تشبه مخاضاً عسيراً، ولها طقوس استثنائية أو عاجات سرية، فنحن لا نكتب من فراغ، وعادة ما تجبرنا اعصابنا على مراقصة الجرح، لذا فإني لا أملك أن أشيح بوجهي خارج الارتباك الداخلي الموجع الذي تسببه لحظة الكتابة الأولى، حيثي اشعر في تلك اللحظة أن ثمة شيئاً ما قاسياً يجبرني على تتبع حالة الجزع التي تعريني غالباً، وتتصاعد في رأسي هذياناً، أشعر أن ثمة ما يستيقظ فيّ، يقتاتني بنهمن أشعر بي ممتلئة بشكل يصعب معه الاستمرار، عادة تكون مشاعري متحفزة على أكمل حالات التربص والنضج، كثيراً ما أشعر أني حزينة، أو سعيدة، أو متوترة، أو غاضبة بشكل أكثر من المحتمل وأرغب في الراحة (...)".
