في جديدها (غواية ملائكة وشياطين) وجدانيات تدور ثيماتها حول الحب والوطن والإنسان، تعبر خلالها الشاعرة "مزرعاني" من حالة إلى أخرى، ومن ذاكرة إلى أخرى لتتقاطع مع صور الحياة بحلوها ومرها، وبفوضاها ومنطقها تصفها الشاعرة بقولها هي: (قصة ملائكة وشياطين،/ تمارس غوايتها كفعل احتراف/ عن سابق إصرار وترصد (...)".
هي قصائد تحمل في مضمونها تصورات وانطباعات ومواقف جمالية من منظور الشاعرة الشخصي، ولكنها تشكل قراءة مختصرة لقصة كل الناس وأحلامهم "ما قصة بلادي وأحلامها؟/ أين تذهب أحلام من يرحلون؟/ أيأكلها الصدأ،/ أم توهب لأطفال يولدون؟ (...)".
يضم الديوان قصائد في الشعر العربي الحديث نذكر من عناوينها: "رسالة إليك"، "هنا الأرض"، " في المحراب"، "محرابك" "حب في زمن الفوضى"، "علمني الرقص" ...الخ.
أغمض عينيك، / تسلّق حبلَ السمع، / دع العالم للفوضى / دع الموتَ لقبلةِ الزمن، / خذني إلى ألوان طيفك الروحيّ / شذا حاسةٍ لها ملمسُ الصوت
