(بدلاً من الإهداء) افتتح به قبيلات قصة حبه هذه وهو يقول: "أنهال، كالرمال... أثنال، على، رحب، وسعةٍ؛.. وفي دعهٍ، أتهاوى، عميقاً؛ عميقاً، عميقاً. أما ماضٍ –هل قلبك يتسع!؟ أمضي؛ وأمضي؛ وأمضي... والنهاية دربي! عطشان.. فهل حبك يروي!؟
(كتابك الذي بيميني) بطاقة تعريضية لشاعر استطاع عبر متخيله الشعري أن يجعل من الحب مادة للكتابة وللحياة فهما صنوان، لا وجود لأحدهما دون الآخر، وهذا ما تقوله النصوص.
