تناول الكتاب في كتابه موضوعا ذو أهمية وطارقا لأبواب الحياة اليومية وتكاد تكون الحوادث المرمرية في كل لحظة وثانية وهنا قسم الكتاب إلى ثلاثة فصول الأول تناول فيه الشروط العامة للتأمين من المسئولية المدنية ضد الحوادث السيارات وذلك من خلال ثلاث مباحث الأول تحدث عن المركبة والثاني تناول فيه ا لمسئولية المدنية في التأمين الإلزامي ومفهوم تدخل المركبة في حادث مروري والثالث تناول فيه مفهوم الحادث حسب نظام التأمين الإلزامي وقانون التأمين الإجباري أما الفصل الثاني فقد تناول فيه طرفا عقد التأمين من المسئولية المدنية ضد حوادث السيارات ونطاق تطبيقه وذلك من خلال ثلاث مباحث حيث تناول في الأول المؤمن له أما الثاني فتناول نطاق التغطية التأمينية من حيث الأشخاص المضرورين والثالث تكلم عن نطاق التغطية التأمينية من حيث الأضرار وذلك حسب نظام التأمين الإلزامي الأردني وأخيرا الفصل الثالث تناول فيه آثار عقد التأمين إلزامي من المسئولية المدنية ضد حوادث السيارات وذلك من خلال ثلاثة مباحث أيضا الأول التزامات طرفي عقد التأمين إلزامي والثاني طرق التقاضي في التأمين الإلزامي والثالث مدى سريان عقد التأمين الإلزامي من المسئولية المدنية.
