"محاكمة هنري كيسنجر" كتاب ألفه خصم سياسي لهنري كيسجنر يتحدث فيه عن تلك الإساءات (الكيسنجرية) التي يمكن، بل يجب أن تشكل قاعدة وأساساً لمقاضاة شرعية وقانونية، لجرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية والإساءات الموجهة للقانون العام أو العرفي أو الدولي، بما في ذلك التأثر والتواطؤ لاقتراف من جرائم القتل والخطف والتعذيب، اقتصر المؤلف في ذلك علة جرائم لهنري كيسنجر سافرة تلك التي يجب أن توضع على لائحة إتمام مناسبة، سواء أكانت تلك الأفعال منسجمة مع خط "سياسة" عامة، أم لا، تلك هي: ركز عليها في كتابه هذا وهي: 1-القتل الجماعي المتعمد للسكان المدنيين في الهند الصينية. 2-التواطؤ المتعمد في القتل الجماعي في بنغلادش، ومن ثم الاغتيال. 3-التخطيط والتحريض شخصياً على قتل المسؤول الدستوري الأول في دولة (ديموقراطية) هي تشيلي، التي لم تكن واشنطن في حالة حرب معها. 4-التورط الشخصي في خطة لقتل رئيس دولة قبرص (الديموقراطية). 5-التحريض والتسهيل لعلميات الإبادة الجماعية في تيمور الشرقية. 6- التورط الشخصي في خطة لاختطاف وقتل صحفي يعيش في واشنطن العاصمة.
ويقول المؤلف بأن تلك الادعاءات المذكورة آنفاً هي كاملة، يمكن بناء بعضها كمجرد بديهيات، حيث أن كيسنجر، فيما يمكن أن يعدّ إعاقة متعمدة ومبينة للعدالة، تسبب في إتلاف شرائح كبيرة من الأدلة، أو أنه امتنع عن تقديمها. ويتابع قائلاً بأن الإخفاق في إقامة الدعوى سوف يلحق بالعدالة إساءة مضاعفة . فأولاً سينتهك مبدءاً جوهرياً لا نزاع عليه الآن، وهو أن ليس ثمة أحد فوق القانون، مهما كانت قوته أو سلطته، وثانياً سيوحي هذا أن المقاضاة لجرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية مقصورة على الخاسرين، أو على الأقلية المستبدة في دولة مهمة نسبياً. سيؤدي هذا بدوره إلى تسييس ردىء لما كان يمكن أن يكون عملية نبيلة وإلى شك له ما يسوغه بوجود معايير مزدوجة.
