عن قضايا الشركات والضرائب والتهريب الجمركي اصدر السيد وزير العدل قرارا في 23 /10/ 1958 بإنشاء نيابة الشئون المالية والتجارية بمكتب النائب العام وبالاسكندرية ثم اصدر قرارا بتعديل الاختصاص في 26 /12 /1966ثم اصدر القرار رقم 3466 في 30/ 10 / 1979 بإنشاء نيابة مكافحة التهريب من الضرائب. وعلى هذا أجمع اختصاص نيابة الشئون المالية والتجارية ومكافحة الضرائب طبقا للتعديلات كالآتي : التهريب الجمركي ، التهريب النقدي، جرائم الشركات ، جرائم الضرائب ، جرائم الكسب غير المشروع ، جرائم البنوك ، جرائم نزييف العملات. ولما كانت هذه الجرائم تندرج تحت طائفة الجرائم الاقتصادية. ومن ثم فتتعرض بإيجاز للجريمة الاقتصادية من حيث تعريفها واركانها ثم نعرض تبعا للجرائم سالفة البيان. ثم نعرض في ختام البحث جرائم الشيك لأهميتها من الناحية العملية وكذلك جرائم الافلاس.
