العلم المريكي لينوس بولنج الذي حصل على جائزة نوبل مرتين. مرة في الكيمياء ومرة في السلام قال : وأنا غلطت غلطة عمرة وهى اننى أيقنت تماما من واقع تجربتي أنه لا شئ يطيل العمر إلا فيتامين ج.. الموجود في الليمون والبرتقال.. وأن الذي يسرف في تعاطيه يطول عمرهكما طال عمري..هذه غلطة لأنني لم أقدم عليها أى دليل علمي .. ولن أسامح نفسي على مثل هذه العبارة!
أما غلطة عمري أنا فهى أنه ليست هناك غلطة واحدة وإنما ألف ألف! من بينها هذا الكتاب .. ومن قبله مائتا كتاب!
