في حين أتى المحور الثاني ليلقي الضوء على الطبيب والمحلل النفسي "جاك لاكان" ، وروافده المعرفية وتكوينه النظري العملي كطبيب نفسي، وعلاقته بالحركة السريالية والخطاب الفلسفي والبنيوية "اللغوية والأنثروبولوجية" ، وتم تخصيص المحور الثالث للدراسة الإكلينيكية للحالات، والنتائج وتفسيرها، ومثل هذا المحور الفصلين الخامس والسادس.
