هذا الكتاب يتضمن ما يأتي: شرح تفصيلي لقانون ضريبة الدمغة رقم 111 لسنة 1980 ولائحته التنفيذية رقم 414 لسنة 1980 ومذكرته الإيضاحية والقوانين والقرارات المكملة له وقرارات مصلحة الضرائب وأهم التعليمات التفسيرية والتنفيذية والكتب الدورية الصادرة من مصلحة الضرائب وأهم التساؤلات والاستفسارات التي وجهت للجنة المختصة بوزارة المالية بشأن ضريبة الدمغة ومشكلاتها العملية وأحدث المبادئ القانونية التي قررتها محكمة النقض المصرية حتى عام 2004 ومبادئ المحكمة الدستورية العليا والقيود والأوصاف الجنائية المتعلقة بجرائم ضريبة الدمغة وذلك فيما يلي:
أولًا: شرح تفصيلي لقانون ضريبة الدمغة رقم 111 لسنة 1980 ولائحته التنفيذية رقم 414 لسنة 1980 ومذكرته الإيضاحية والقوانين والقرارات المكملة له, ثانيًا: قرارات مصلحة الضرائب والتعليمات التفسيرية والتنفيذية والكتب الدورية الصادرة من مصلحة الضرائب بشأن قانون ضريبة الدمغة ولائحته التنفيذية, ثالثًا: التساؤلات التي وجهت للجنة المختصة بوزارة المالية بشأن ضريبة الدمغة, رابعًا: أحدث مبادئ المحكمة الدستورية العليا المصرية بشأن ضريبة الدمغة, خامسًا: القيود والأوصاف الجنائية المتعلقة بجرائم ضريبة الدمغة المختلفة, سادسًا: أحدث مبادئ النقض بشأن ضريبة الدمغة النسبية والنوعية حتى 2004.
