في مشهد سياسي متفجر، تبدو فيه مقدمات الحرب الأهلية والحرب الإقليميتين أحد الإحتمالات الجدية، من الصعب توقع المسار الذي تتجه إليه تونس. لكن مؤشرات عدة تشير إلى أن السيناريوهات السيئة، ابتداء من فرض إرهاب الميليشيات الدينية إلى الحرب الأهلية والصوملة، أعلى من احتمالية المسارات الجيدة التي تؤدي إلى تنظيم انتخابات شفافة في 2013 تتوَج بتداول سلمي على الحكم بين كتلتين حزبيتين رئيسيتين يقودهما وسط اليمين أو وسط اليسار الإسلامي أو العلماني، تباشر فوراً مهمتها الملحة: إعادة بناء ما هدَمته "الفوضى الخلاقة" للفوضى في سنتي 2011 و2012 وربما 2013، بحكومة مصالحة وطنية شاملة وفورية وعفو تشريعي عام.
هذا المقال هو إحدى مقالات المفكر التونسي العفيف الأخضر في كتابه الموسوم "رسائل تونسية" الذي يقدم فيه سلسلة من الرسائل "مقترحات إلى الفاعليين الإجتماعيين التونسيين تخص المهام العاجلة والآجلة المطروحة عليهم عسى أن يجدوا فيها بعض الفائدة".
وبناءً على ما تقدم يضم الكتاب جملة مقالات نشرت في الحوار المتمدن بين الأعوام (2011- 2012- 2013) خاصة بالشأن السياسي التونسي ينتظمها هم واحد هو المصالحة الوطنية التي يعتبرها المؤلف هو المسار السياسي المؤدي إلى إعادة إعمار تونس وإلى توسيع قاعدة النظام الإجتماعي السياسي بإثرائه بجميع النخب المتاحة دون إستثناء أو إقصاء لأحد-.
