تضمن هذا الكتاب شرحا وافيا لموضوعات الحقوق العينية الأصلية والتبعية دون تفصيل ممل أو إيجاز مخل. وقد تم تعزيز هذا الكتاب بأحكام محكمة التمييز الأردنية الصادرة في هذا الموضوع للجمع بين شرح النصوص التي يتضمنها القانون وتطبيقها من قبل المحاكم بما يفيد الدارسين والمشتغلين بالقانون. والمعول عليه في هذه الدراسة هي نصوص القانون المدني الأردني رقم 43 لسنة 1976، والقوانين الأردنية ذات الصلة بموضوعات الحقوق العينية كالقانون المعدل للأحكام المتعلقة بالأموال غير المنقولة وقانون التنفيذ وقانون إيجار الأموال غير المنقولة و بيعها لغير الأردنيين و الأشخاص المعنويين وغيرها، مع الإشارة إلى بعض القوانين العربية كلما دعت الضرورة إلى ذلك لدعيم رأي أو لسد نقص شاب نصوص القانون الأردني. وستكون الدراسة مقسمة في هذا الكتاب إلى جزئيين: الجزء الأول: مخصص لدراسة الحقوق العينية الأصلية مستعرضا من خلاله حق الملكية والحقوق المتفرعة عنه وهي: التصرف والانتفاع والاستعمال والسكنى والسطحية (القرار) والحقوق المجردة والوقف والحكر. الجزء الثاني: مكرس لدراسة لحقوق العينية التبعية وهي الرهن التأميني والرهن الحيازي و التوثيقات الثابتة بنص القانون (حقوق الامتياز).
