هذا شرح لكتاب تهذيب النفوس في ترتيب الدروس لمصنفه ومرتبه العلامة الشيخ يوسف النبهاني المعروف بـ مختصر رياض الصالحين للإمام النووي رحمه الله وكان قد أختار أحاديث هذا المختصر من كتاب رياض الصالحين لتسهيل تدريسه وحفظه فاقتصر في كل باب من أبوابه على آية من كتتاب الله تعالى أو بضع آيات مختارات وجملة من الأحاديث التي أوردها الإمام النووي في هذه الأبواب من أحاديث البخاري ومسلم رحمهما الله تعالى وقد التزم ذلك في كل أبواب المختصر إلا أنه زاد بضعة أحاديث من خارج كتاب رياض الصالحين في أحد الأبواب مع إضافات في شرح بعض الكلمات أو الجمل نقلها من الأصل أو من بعض كتب الأمام النووي رحمه الله وقد عملت في هذا الكتاب على النحو التالي: 1- القيام بترجمة مختصرة لكل من صاحب الأصل الإمام النووي رحمه الله وصاحب المختصر الشيخ يوسف النبهاني رحمه لله. 2 - ضبط نصوص الحديث. 3 - خرجت أحاديث الكتاب من الصحيحين بذكر رقم الحديث في البخاري ومسلم بجاني كل حديث وإذا كان الحديث في البخاري قد ذكر في عدة مواضيع فأذكر أرقام الأحاديث الواردة بأكثر من موضع إذا كانت الروية كما هي أو قريبة من لفظ الحديث. 4 - قابلت نصوص الأحاديث من المختصر على كتاب رياض الصالحين وعلى ورود هذه الأحاديثفي صحيحي البخاري ومسلم والإشارة إلى بعض الأحاديث التي ذكرها الشيخ النبهاني مما لم يرد في رياض الصالين. 5 - شرحت غريب كلمات الأحاديث شرحاً وافياً أو مختصراً إن دعت الحاجة لذلك. 6 - ذكرت بعض الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالأحاديث. 7 - ترقيم نصوص الكتاب وتفصيلها. 8 - في حال تكرار الحديث في أكثر من باب أبين ذلك في التعليقات مع ذكر رقم الحديث لتجنب تكرار الشرح ولإعادة القارئ إلى موضع شرح هذا الحديث.
