...كم تمنيت لو تتوقف عجلات هذا الزمن وتكف الأرض عن دورانها تلك الليلة فقط لكن كيف؟ فالأمر قيد التنفيذ وباقي على هادمة الأحلام أربع ساعات، أربع ساعات من الوجع المبرح، الأفضل أن أقوم بملء حوض الاستحمام والغوص داخله، أشعر برغبة في التجرد من كل شيء، حتى عقلي أريد أن ألقي به بعيداً، أرهقني تفكيره المتدفق الذي لا يكف عن الثرثرة في أشياء تبث التوتر في أرجائي، تزلزل شعوري بالأمان، لِمَ لا يهدأ يوماً ويمنحني تذكرة استجمام بعيداً عنه لا أعلم متى وكيف احتل رأسي بأفكاره ولماذا سمحت له بذلك. سأتجرد من كل شيء والآن، ملابسي فلتذهبي بعيداً، ما هذا الذي علي رأسي، إنه شعري الذي يخفي عقلي ذو الأفكار المتسلطة، أمسكت بماكينة الحلاقة ونزعت هذا الرداء الموشوم بالشعر الكثيف، والآن وبعد أن تحررت من سترة عقلي المجنون يمكنني الغوص في سلام دون تفكر أو تدبر فيما سيحدث غداً.
