يتضمن هذا الكتاب ما يأتي: شرح تفصيلي لقوانين الرسوم القضائية المدنية والشرعية والجنائية والإدارية والدستورية ورسوم التوثيق والشهر العقاري وأحدث تعديلاتها, وذلك فيما يلي: أولًا: شرح القانونين الجديدين رقما 224 لسنة 1996، 225 لسنة 1996 بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم 70 لسنة 1964 بشأن رسوم التوثيق والشهر والقانون رقم 7 لسنة 1995 بتعديل القانون 90 لسنة 1944 بالرسوم القضائية ورسوم التوثيق في المواد المدنية والقانون رقم 91 لسنة 1944 بالرسوم أمام المحاكم الشرعية وغيرها, ثانيًا: القانون رقم 90 لسنة 1944 بالرسوم أمام المحاكم المدنية, ثالثًا: القانون رقم 91 لسنة 1944 بالرسوم أمام المحاكم الشرعية, رابعًا: القانون رقم 7 لسنة 1964 برسوم التوثيق والشهر وتعديلاته وأحدث قرارات وزير العدل بشأن التصالح في رسوم الشهر العقاري.
خامسًا: القانون رقم 93 لسنة 1944 بالرسوم فى المواد الجنائية, سادسًا: القانون رقم واحد لسنة 1948 بالرسوم الحسبية, سابعًا: القانون رقم 96 لسنة 1980 بفرض رسم إضافي لدور المحاكم, ثامنًا: نصوص الرسوم أمام مجلس الدولة والدستورية العليا, تاسعًا: أحدث المبادئ التي قررتها محكمة النقض المصرية منذ إنشائها بشأن دعاوى الرسوم والمصاريف أمام المحاكم والشهر العقاري, عاشرًا: المبادئ التي قررها مجلس الدولة بشأن منازعات الرسوم, حادي عشر: أحدث التعليمات الصادرة من وزارة العدل بشأن مشكلات الرسوم والمصاريف بالمحاكم والشهر العقاري وحلولها, ثاني عشر: أحدث الأحكام الصادرة من المحاكم الابتدائية والاستئنافية والصيغ القانونية للطلبات ودعاوى الرسوم.
