غنى عن البيان ايضا أن المنظمة الدولية تتمتع بالشخصية القانونية في مجالات ثلاثة متميزة ، هى مجال العلاقات الدولية الخاضعة للقانون الدولي العام ، ومجال علاقات القانون الداخلي لكل من الدول الأعضاء فيها أو الدول غير الاعضاء متى اعترفت بالمنظمة صراحة او ضمنا، وحال علاقات القانون الداخلي للمنظمة ذاتها (33). وفي هذا الكتاب سوف نقسم البحث إلى ثلاثة أجزاء : نتعرض في أولها لدراسة "الأمم المتحدة" باعتبارها أهم المنظمات الدولية المعاصرة والمنظمة الوحيدة المتمتعة حاليا بوصف عالمية العضوية ووصف عمومية الأختصاص، ونتعرض في ثانيها لدراسة "الوكالات المتخصصة" باعتبارها اهم المنظمات العالمية المتخصصة ومن ثم كان ارتباطها بالأمم المتحدة برباط التعاون المتفق عليه. اما الجزء الثالث فسوف نخصصه لدراسة أهم المنظمات الإقليمية، عامة كانت او متخصصة.
