عمل أستاذاً محاضراً في جامعة محمد الخامس- كلية الآداب في الرباط، وعضواً في المكتب المركزي لاتحاد كتاب المغرب(الكاتب العام)، ونال عدداً من الجوائز عن قصص وروايات له.
عضو جمعية القصة والرواية.
و من مؤلفاته: 1-سيدنا قدر- قصص- ط1- طرابلس 1968(ط2: 1971).
2-دم ودخان- قصص- الدار العربية للكتاب- ليبيا/ تونس 1975.
3-الطيبون- رواية- الدار البيضاء 1979.
4-رفقة السلاح والقمر- رواية- دار الثقافة 1976.
5-الريح الشتوية- رواية- مكتبة المعارف- الرباط 1979.
