يتضمن الديوان خمس وعشرين قصيدة كتبها "أوسي" خلال عشر سنوات بين 2009 و2019، في أمكنة مختلفة، أثناء تنقلهِ لاجئًا، ثم مستقرًّا مقيمًا في بلجيكا، كـ"دمشق، اسطنبول، أثينا، وبروكسل، أوستند، آنتويربن في بلجيكا، والقاهرة، وعبّر من خلالها عن تفاعله مع أسئلة الحياة والموت، وهمومهُ وشجونهُ في الحب والغربة والانكسارات والخيبات الشخصيّة والعامّة، وأهدى الديوان لمقهى "الجريون"، ومقهى "زهرة البستان" بالقاهرة.
ومن أجواء الديوان قصيدة "مقهى الجريون":
واهنًا مترنّحًا كخيطِ عنكبوت
لم أكن أدري ما تخفيه ليلة القدر لي.
ليلةُ القَدَر، الحبُّ فيها خيرٌ من ألف دهر.
تنزّلت فيها ملائكة العشق وشياطينه
وتعانقت على مذبح الخطيئة الرائعة.
واهنًا، مترنّحًا كخيطِ دخان، وبل أكثر.
وإذ بنسمتكِ وبسمتكِ تبدداني.
