"بلغني أيها الملك السعيد: قراءة في رواياتهن" هو الكتاب الثالث في النقد الروائي للكاتب والناقد اللبناني "سلمان زين الدين" بعد "شهرزاد والكلام المباح" و"حين يروي شهريار"، والثاني في رصد نتاج المرأة الروائي بعد "شهرزاد والكلام المباح"، يصدر في الوقت نفسه مع توأم له هو "كان يا ما كان: قراءة في رواياتهم". ويتضمن هذا الكتاب قراءة للمؤلف في عشرين رواية كتبتها ثماني عشرة روائية من الوطن العربي. وقفت كلٌّ منهن على مادة أولية من الوقائع والأحداث. فراحت تشكلها على غرار جدّتها السردية "شهرزاد"، وجعلت منها رواية واحدة أو أكثر، ولم تتوجّه بها إلى شهريار محدّد، بل هي موجهة إلينا جميعاً، شهريارات وشهرزادات، لعلها تُسهم - على ما يرى المؤلف – في ترويض السلطات الجامحة، الكامنة فينا أو الممارسة علينا على أنواعها.
