بين يدي القارئ كتاب "داعش"، (ماهيته، نشأته، ارهابه، اهدافه، استراتيجيته)، للباحث في شؤون الارهاب الدكتور مازن شندب، وكما هو واضح من عنوان الكتاب، فهو دراسة بحثية اكاديمية موثقة بأسلوب بحثي مثير ومنضبط، عاد بها الباحث الى الاصول والجذور حيث ولادة داعش، محللا الاسباب السياسية التي قادت ابو بكر البغدادي الى الانفصال عن القاعدة، معتبرا ان الانفصال بدأ مع ابي مصعب الزرقاوي استاذ البغدادي.
وانتقل الباحث ليفصل الاهداف الحقيقية التي قادت التنظيم الى اعلان الخلافة مفسرا في ضوء نظرية الارهاب الابعاد الدقيقة لتقنية الذبح التي اعتمدها هذا التنظيم، فالمسألة سياسية اكثر منها جرمية، ويتوقف الكاتب مليا عند الصراع السني الشيعي في المنطقة واضعا بروز داعش في هذا الاطار، شارحا سياسات واجراءات حزب الله وتأثيراتها السلبية والايجابية، لكن وفق نظرية تقول ان روسيا، لا الولايات المتحدة، هي المستفيد الاكبر من هذا التنظيم.
ويقع الكتاب في ستة فصول عنوان الاول: داعش بين قوسين، الثاني داعش بين منطق الانحراف ومنطق الاعتراف، الثالث داعش بين الجيل الثوري الثالث والجيل الجهادي الثالث، الرابع داعش بين الجيل الارهابي الوسطي والجيل الارهابي المتوسطي، الخامس داعش بين شهب اقامة دولة ولهب احاطة دول، السادس داعش بين الرقة السورية والخشونة السعودية، السابع داعش بين التطرف الشيعي والتصرف السني، الثامن داعش بين الاهداف السياسية والابعاد الاستراتيجية.
ويخلص المؤلف للقول بأن داعش هو الابن الشرعي للثورات العربية، وبأن استمرار الوضع الدولي ونظيره الاقليمي وتبعا المحلي على ما هو عليه من شانه ان ينجب داعش في اطار الجيل الجهادي الرابع، سيما ان داعش تاكل وتشرب من مسببات حقيقية، تبين حتى اليوم ان احدا في العالم غير صادق في ازالتها.
