اجتراح متمرد مسكون بالرّغبة في التفلت من قانون الشعر، ومحاولة لخلق تركيب بديل يصح القياس عليه في الشعر والنثر معاً؛ هو ما نقرأه في نصوص أحمد الغروي «راقصيني رغبةً ورهبة» بوصفه المعادل للتركيب الأصل القائم على التعادل بين كلمة ونصّ، أو بين نصّ وآخر، هذه الرؤية الخاصة جاءت نتيجة علاقة خاصة للأشياء التي تملأ عالم الرجل/ الشاعر، وخاصة عند الحديث عن المرأة، فاللغة والصورة والإيقاع ما هي سوى تجسيد لهذه العلاقة ذاتها، ما يعني في النهاية أن الشعر ليس بضاعة، وإنما هو خلق وإبداع وتواصل وهو ما تكشف عنه الرؤية الشعرية للشاعر أحمد الغروي.تحت عنوان «راقصيني رغبةً ورهبة» يقول الشاعر:"في مساءٍ عنوانه التميّز والتألّق../ اتخذت بالقرب من المنضدة مقعداً لي../ وبدأت أرتشف من الكأس الذي أمامي../ كأس الحنين والشوق../ وأشعلت سيجارة لينهار توتري../ وتهدأ ارتعاشة أطرافي../ وبدأت عيناي بكل شوقٍ ولهفة../ تمشّطان المكان بحثاً عنكِ../ تبحثان../ عن النور المشع من وجهكِ الملائكي../ عن سحر تينك العينين../ وقعت عيناي عليك../ وأنتِ واقفةٌ أمام المرآةِ تُلقين النظرةَ الأخيرة.. على أناقتك وثورة هندامك../ قلتُ في نفسي:/ "حتى المرآة تكاد تعانق من فرط جمالها"/ كل حواسي قد تظاهرت/ وكل جزءٍ مني يرغب فيك...".العبارات هنا تمثل توصيفاً دقيقاً لحال الشخصية الشاعرة في القصيدة، حسياً ومعنوياً عن طريق الانفعالات والمشاعر المختلفة التي يبثها الشاعر الغروي والتي تحيل إلى ثنائية (المرأة/ الرجل) والعلاقة الأبدية بينهما وهو الشيء الذي منح النص بلا شك؛ بعده الفني والجمالي والدلالي.يضم الكتاب نصوص نثرية جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "اكتفيتُ بكِ"، "الرقص على أنغام الحُب"، "محظوظ بكِ"، "موعد لن يتكرر"، "يا ساكنة في وريدي"، "رسالة إلى امرأة لا تقرأ"، "أغرق بعيداً عنكِ"، "الحاكم والخاطف"، "وميض الذكريات"، "مسافرة بلا أشياء"، "أخذتني"، (...) ونصوص أخرى.
