"لين يوتانغ" (1895-1976)، كاتب صيني رائد معاصر. كتب ذات مرة، يستمتع الصينيون كثيراً بالشاي، يتناولون الشاي في المنزل، في الصالات، في الاجتماعات، أثناء الشجارات المريرة، أو عند منتصف الليل؛ بإبريق واحد من الشاي ولا شيء آخر، يستطيعون تمتيع أنفسهم في أية مناسبة. في الواقع، يعتبر الاستمتاع بالشاي استمتاعاً بالحياة بالنسبة إلى الصينيين. في السنوات الأخيرة، اكتسبت ثقافة الشاي الصينية زخماً لا مثيل له. فعدد صالات الشاي و"دور الشاي" ذات الأسلوب الجديد يستمر في الزيادة، وتم إنشاء معاهد أبحاث لثقافة الشاي في كل أرجاء الصين. بين هذه المعاهد، لا بد من ذكر المتحف الوطني للشاي في الصين، الواقع قرب البحيرة الغربية لهانغزو، إقليم زيجيانغ، موطن شاي لونفجينغ بئر التنين الشهير. منذ افتتاحه في العام 1991، كرس المتحف نفسه للترويج لثقافة الشاي الصينية عبر المعارض والأبحاث التي تحاول الغوص في البنية العميقة للفن". اقرأ معنا في هذا الكتاب:
