وفي السياق، يوضح الكتاب السبب أو الغرض من طرح السؤال، أي لماذا نسال؟ فنحن نعلم – يقول المؤلف - أن الفضول وحب الاستطلاع والشغف إلى المعرفة هي من طبيعة البشر وإن عقل الإنسان مملوء بأمور غامضة أحياناً يجب اكتشافها، وأحياناً يهملها أو يتركها للزمن والظروف. لكن في ميدان العمل قد لا يحصل هذا بشكل دائم بل يجب أن لا يحصل.
