له روايات عدّة بالفرنسية تُرجِمَت إلى العربية، منها "دروب الهجرة"، "الفلكي"، "مدرسة الحرب"، "جبران خليل جبران" الذي تُرجم إلى لغات عديدة.
أشرف على "الأعمال الكاملة" لجبران الصادرة باللغة الفرنسية.
ونال جوائز عدّة في لبنان وفرنسا، منها جائزة سعيد عقل، وجائزة المطران إغناطيوس مارون، وجائزة آسيا للآداب، وجائزة البحر الأبيض المتوسّط، وجائزة من الأكاديمية الفرنسية.
ولد في بيروت في 5 شباط 1967 هو محامي وكاتب وروائي وناقد ادبي لبناني , انهى تعليمه الثانوي في مدرسة سيدة الجمهور بعدها قام بدراسة القانون في جامعة باريس 2 وهناك تخصص بالقانون البنكي والمالي , هو مؤلف لأكثر من 30 كتاب بالاضافة الى الشعر .
هو أيضا كاتب عمود وناقد ادبي في "L'Orient littéraire" .
يعيش في بيروت وايضا في باريس.
حصل على جائزة المتوسط (Prix Méditerranée) عن كتابه فينيسيا (Phenicia) بالاضافة الى حصوله على جائزة هيرفي دولوين (Hervé Deluen) من الأكاديمية الفرنسية, والعديد من الجوائز اللبنانية والعالمية.
