سارة البدري، كاتبة مصرية، تخرجت في كلية الهندسة جامعة القاهرة قسم الهندسة الميكانيكية شعبة إنتاج.
بدأت أول تجربة كتابية في شكل مقال، كان في السنة الثانية للمرحلة الثانوية.
ثم بدأت في كتابة الرواية في نفس السنة، وكان للوالدة خريجة كلية الآداب قسم لغة عربية جامعة القاهرة، تأثير كبير على تشجيعها في المتابعة.فقد عرفت رسالة الغفران في سن مبكرة، وتربت على أشعار إبراهيم ناجي وجبران، ومسرحيات الحكيم، وفوق كل ذلك، عشق عظيم لقصة إدريس القصيرة، ورواية محفوظ.
التحقت سارة البدري بعد بكالوريوس الهندسة بكلية الآداب قسم اللغة العربية لتكون نواة للعديد من الأعمال الادبية ، صدر لها عدد من الأعمال الروائية منها "حصن الشاه" "فاكهة محرمة"، "قصاصة حرير" و"أم في مهمة" و رواية حصن الشاه وأرض اللذة ومجموعة قصصية تحمل عنوان ”فعل حب“ وصولا إلي رواية مهما سجد التي صدرت في معرض القاهرة الدولي للكتاب 2019

سارة البدوي, بدأت في كتابة روايتها "قصاصة حري" شتاء 2010, تعمل في مجال الهندسة, تخرجت من كلية الأداب قسم اللغة العربية جامعة القاهرة سنة 2007, بعد حصولها علي بكالوريوس الهندسة لذات الجامعة سنة 2001.
