ولابد من أن يعرف المسلم اتجاهات الفكر المعاصر والتيارات الحديثة المختلفة مثل التيار الماركسى والتيار الوجودى وغير ذلك إلى جانب مكونات الشخصية فى الإسلام ثم لابد من أن يعرف المسلم فى العصر الحديث القلق الإنسانى ومصادره وتياراته وعلاج الإسلام له إلى جانب معرفة الغلو فى الدين فى حياة المسلمين المعاصرة يعرف أسبابها وطرق التغلب عليها حتى يسير المسلم فى الطريق الصحيح الذى يرضى الله سبحانه وتعالى والذى يجعله قادراً على أن ينشر الأمن والسلام والطمأنينة والراحة النفسية والسعادة الحقيقية الكاملة فى جميع أنحاء العالم. وهذا الكتاب يجيب على هذه الأسئلة من خلال كتب بعض علماء المسلمين الممتازين.
