إن مصطلح تكافؤ الفرص مصطلح كبير يشمل العديد من المجالات الحياتية المختلفة، فهو أشمل وأوسع وأكبر، فهو يشمل النواحي السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية بكافة فروعها، ولا بد من أن تكون نابعة من إرادة الشعوب التي تسعى للعدالة الاجتماعية والتي ترغب بأن تُنمي نفسها ومجتمعها وبلدها.
