يشتمل الكتاب على أكثر من عشرين فصلاً من بينها: الخطوةُ الأولى، "هولابرون".. بدايات الاكتشاف، عشبٌ على "صخرة" اللغة الألمانية، المشيُ على النار حافيةً، من عاملةِ نظافة إلى الأفق العريض، حاملةُ وردِ الخزامى، لَوني في مواجهةِ العنصرية، اجتراحاتُ الهويّات وتحوُّلاتها، الوطنُ فردوسُ الغريبة، سيرةُ الموت في الليل الغريب، الإبداع.. الطريق نحو الكونيّة، يتيمةٌ في غربتي، ويعرِفُني الدانوبُ بعد ألفِ قرن!
