ما وراء الخير والشر كتاب للفيلسوف الألماني فريدريك نيتشه وقد نشره باسم (Jenseits von Gut und Böse) بالألمانية وفي العام 1886.
ويستند هذا الكتاب على أفكار كتابه السابق هكذا تكلم زارادشت ويتوسع في هذا الكتاب فيتناول الأمور من منطلق أكثر نقديةً وجداليةً.
وقد انتهى نيتشة من كتابته هذا بشتاء العام 1885 — 1886، ثم أرسله إلى دار النشر كريندر في لايبزغ، لكن الكتاب تعرض للرفض فأرسله لدار النشر كارل دونكر في برلين فتم رفضه مرة أخرى. فقرر بالنهاية نشره على حسابه في دار نشر ناومان في لايبزغ. وخلال الأشهر العشرة الأولى بعد صدور الكتاب بيع منه 114 نسخة فقط.
يتعرض نيتشة في هذا الكتاب لفلاسفة الماضي ويهاجمهم متهمًا إيّاهم بانعدام الحس النقدي وقبولهم الأعمى للمسلمات المسيحية في الأخلاقيات، فيتحرك في عمله نحو ما وراء الخير والشر متجاوزاً الأخلاقيات التقليدية ومنتقداً إياها نقداً هداماً.
