الفُلَّاني (1166 - 1218 هـ = 1753 - 1803 م)
صالح بن محمد بن نوح بن عبد الله العَمْري المعروف بالفلّاني: عالم بالحديث مجتهد، من فقهاء المالكية، من أهل المدينة، ووفاته بها. نسبته إلى (فلّان) أو فلّانة (كرمانة) من قبائل السودان، نزلها بعض أسلافه، وولد صالح ونشأ بها، وتنقل في طلب العلم، فقرأ ببلدة القبلة (بشنقيط) ومراكش وتونس ومصر، ثم استقر في المدينة إلى أن توفي. من كتبه (قطف الثمر، في أسانيد المصنفات في الفنون والأثر - ط) و (إيقاظ همم أولي الأبصار للاقتداء بسيد المهاجرين والأنصار - ط) و (الثمر اليانع - خ) رسالة في تراجم أشياخه
