القناعة هي بالمفهوم المنطقي الرضا في امتلاك شي معين مع الحمد والشكر والثناء لمن أعطاك هذا الشيء فالقناعة أشبة ما تكون كالقناع في الحد من عدم الرضا والسخط من عدم التمكن من امتلاك ما تتمناه القناعة في الحقيقة نعمة من الله عز وجل فهي راحة نفسية للشخص حيث انه قنوع بما لدية وعدم القناعة في حقيقة الأمر مسبب لإشغال العقل في كثرة التفكير فيما تريد أكثر وأكثر حتى تأتي مرحلة اليأس والسخط والتذمر عندما أقول لك أن القناعة من أخلاق المسلم فأنا لا أبالغ في هذا الأمر فهي بالفعل من أخلاق المسلم القنوع المتواضع فيما أعطاه الله سبحانه وتعالى فتجده حامداً شاكراً ويزيده الله من النعم والراحة النفسية لأسباب عدة منها , حمل هذا الكتاب وإستفد منه.
