فالأسهم هي أقدر وسيلة لتجميع الأموال الضخمة التي تحتاجها الشركة لانجاز المشروعات، لأنها سندات طويلة الأجل، وتتميز بأنها قابلة للتدوال، وهو ما يميزها عن غيرها من الصكوك.
وهذه الميزة، خاصية التدوال تقوم أساسا على المعلومات، حيث أنها الروح التي تحيا بها سوق الأوراق المالية
