تأخذ هذه المجموعة من القراءات فى النموذج السردى لبعض كتّاب السرد فى العالم شكل النموذج المدروس القائم على محاولة الغوص والتغلغل داخل عوالم هذه الوجوه المتألقة من المبدعين على مختلف مشاربهم ومنجزهم الإبداعى، نتفرس فى حضورهم وجه الإبداع الإنسانى المتميز والذين كان حضورهم على المستوى العالمى حضورا إنسانيا وفنيا بهر المشهد الأدبى فى العالم من خلال منجزهم الذى كان لهم بمثابة الشعلة التى اضاءت وما تزال تضئ جنبات الأدب المعاصر بما حوته من فكر ورؤى وفلسفة وإبداع متألق.
وتناولنا لهذه الكوكبة من المبدعين والتى جاءت عشوائية إلى حد ما تجعل كل موضوع من الأعمال المطروقة عملا نقديا مستقلا بذاته. فهى وجوه لنخبة من الكتاب الذين أثروا الأدب العالمى بنتاجهم الروائى والقصصى المتميز، وهى ألوان منتخبة حاولت فيها أن أجمع بعضا من آرائى النقدية الشخصية حول كل من هؤلاء الكتّاب الذين تناولتهم بالقراءة، وإن كان بعضهم قد فرضته اللحظة الآنية فى التناول مثل الصينى مو يان الفائز بنوبل 2012، والكندية آليس مونرو الفائزة بالجائزة 2013، وقد كانت فى كتابة هذه القراءات متعة الانفتاح على الآخر ومشهده القصصى والروائى بكل ثقل التجربة ومرواحاتها.
