بينما أنا جالس برفقة زميلي الطيار الألماني في إحدى المدن الهندية منتصف الأسبوع الماضي شعرنا باهتزاز غريب لكل ما حولنا، وقبل أن تنتقل الإشارات داخل أدمغتنا صدر صوت تنبيه لرسالة من هاتف صديقي تنبئ بحدوث زلزال بمقياس 7.3 على مقياس ريختر في نيبال.
هذا هو الحال في عصر الشبكات الافتراضية، الخبر الفوري إلى كل مكان، ترى كيف كان الأمر قبل ظهور هذه الوسائل المرئية والمسموعة؟
منتصف القرن التاسع عشر غرقت سفينةٌ في عرض البحر المتوسط على مرأى من سفينة أخرى كانت تمر بجوارها وتوقفت بدورها للإنقاذ، علمت إحدى الصحف الروسية بأن السفينة المنقذة التي شهدت الحدث كانت تحمل على ظهرها الأديب الروسي «إيڤان تريچينيڤ»، فقامت باستكتابه ليصف للقراء ما شاهده من أحداث وأهوال للغارقين والناجين بقلمه الأدبي، فقد كانت هذه الأخبار وإن نشرت بعد حين الوسيلة الوحيدة لمعرفة القراء بأحداث الدنيا كما كان من شأنها الرفع من مبيعات الصحيفة ومكانتها.
ولما كان «تريچينيڤ» على جانب من عدم الوفاق مع الأديب الروسي الكبير «دويستوفسكي» مواكباً للمزاج العام تجاه «دويستوفسكي» -لأسباب سنأتي على ذكرها لاحقاً- قام الأخير كردٍ على إساءات «تريچينيڤ» بخلق شخصية «كارمازينوڤ» ضمن روايته «الشياطين»، ووصف شخصيته في الرواية بشخص قصير متضخم الأنا، يرى أنه محور أحداث العالم.
في إحدى مشاهد الرواية يقوم البطل بجمع الناس ليخطب فيهم قائلاً إنه سيلقي عليهم أمراً جللاً لن يعود عنه مهما حاولوا.. وقرر أنه بعدما أمتعهم بكتاباته 30 عاماً جاءت على جهده ووقته قرر اعتزال الكتابة! لكن أحداً منهم لم يعترض بل بالعكس قال له أحدهم ببرود:
«وما شأننا نحن، من تظن نفسك؟ أنت بحاجة لإعادة نفسك لحجمها الطبيعي!.. أنت... إلخ» صفعة كبيرة لبطل الرواية تجلت أكثر حين جاء ذكر موقف السفينة الغارقة واصفاً الحادث من ناحية تأثيره على مشاعر البطل ووجدانه وانفعالاته بمنأى عن الضحايا وآلامهم!
من قرأ الرواية لم يلتفت كثيراً في البداية لتلك الشخصية الهزلية، إلا أن النقاد آنذاك عرفوا بانتقام «دويستوفسكي»، هكذا كان انتقام الأدباء آنذاك قبل عصر الفضائيات. إلى اللقاء.
