بونسون دو ترايل: روائي فرنسي، معروف بكتاباته في أدب المغامرات.
ولد ألكس بونسون دو ترايل عام ١٨٢٩م، بمدينة مونمارتر الفرنسية. عُرف بإنتاجه الأدبي الغزير، فقد أنتج ثلاثة وسبعين مجلدًا خلال عشرين عامًا. تنتمي أعماله الروائية المبكرة إلى الأدب القوطي، وعندما بدأ في كتابة «سلسلة روكامبول» قام بنشرها في جريدة يومية، وهي سلسلة من القصص المنتمي لأدب الغموض والمغامرة، وقد مَثلت هذه السلسلة تحوله من الأدب القوطي إلى الأدب البطولي الحداثي.
وقد توفي بونسون دو ترايل عام ١٨٧١م.
Book Description
تعتبر رواية "كنوز الهند"، وهي الجزء الحادي عشر من روايات روكامبول، لمؤلفها بونسون دوترايل، من الروايات التي تضم العديد من الغرائب والعجائب الموجودة في الهند، وذلك في الوقت الذي كان الإنجليز يحاولون السيطرة عليها بشكلٍ كامل، حيث لم يكتفِ القادة الإنجليز باستخدام القوة العسكرية فقط، وإنما استخدم قوّاد جيوشهم أكثر الطرق قذارةً وانحطاطاً كي يُجبروا الهند وشعبها على الخضوع، وتعرض هذه الرواية قصة الأرملة "كولي نانا"، التي كان زوجةً للأمير "نجد كوران"، وهو أحد قادة المقاومة، وأحد أمراء الهند، وعندما، تزوجها الأمير "عثمان"، وهو أخوه، وذلك بعد أن أنقذها من الإحراق، وكانت هذه حيلةً من أحد قادة الإنجليز، حيث أن القائد الإنجليزي قد خان الأمير فيما بعد حتى يستولي على كنوزه، وهنا تبدأ مفامرات "روكامبول" الزاخرة بالأحداث والمغامرات المثيرة، كي يُنقذ كنوز الأمير عثمان وابنه من يد القائد الخائن، حيث يتعرض خلال هذه الأحداث لمحاولاتٍ عدة للاغتيال، والعديد من الفخاخ التي أُعدت بإتقانٍ للإيقاع به، فهل يستطيع الإفلات من هذه الفخاخ، وهل من الممكن أن ينقذ كنوز الأمير وابنه؟
