«صندوق الدنيا» فيه سخرية من العيوب الجسديّة، العقليّة، والخلقيّة من نفسه ومن الآخرين، كسائر كتبه. كما ينطوي على سخرية من العيوب الإجتماعيّة والسياسيّة للفرد والمجموعة. فيما يصف الحياةَ كما هي، دون إقامة معايير أخﻻقيّة.
