حظًا من تدوينات فهمي، فأتى بالتفصيل على ذكر الوزارات في ذلك الوقت وتاريخ تكليفهم بإداراتها ومنهم: أحمد ذو الفقار باشا وزير الحقانية، ومحمد توفيق رفعت باشا، ومحمد فتح الله بركات باشا.
