هذه الندوة عقدت في رام الله لتنشر مع حلول الذكرى الثالثة والأربعين لانطلاقة الثورة الفلسطينية. غير أن أسباباً فنية طارئة أخرت إعدادها للنشر لبعض الوقت. وبمشاركة هذا العدد من قادة فصائل م.ت.ف. وحركة المقاومة الإسلامية "حماس"، حرصنا على أن يدير الندوة شخص مستقل.
