قهوة عربي هي مشروع رواية بدأت كتابتها في شهر يوليو من عام 2010م. وهي عبارة عن 33 فصلا من الذكريات التي تسردها بطلة الحكاية (رحيل)، في سعيها للبحث عن بعض الإجابات التي صارت مطلبا أساسيا لها ولجيل من الشباب السعودي الحائر بين المتطلبات المتسارعة للعالم الحديث، وبين الحمل الثقيل للماضي الثقافي الممانع للتغيير. هي حكاية تسرد تاريخ فكرة أصبحت خاطرا متكررا لدى الشباب الجديد وهي (الهجرة). وقد امتزجت في فكر رحيل بالمكان الذي قررت أن تكتب فيه أفكارها، فصار حديثا مزيجا ورمزيا بين قصة هجرة البشر وقصة هجرة (القهوة).
