كتاب يضم مجموعة قصص حقيقية لشهداء ثورة الخامس والعشرين من يناير المجيدة، ويهدف لتوثيق تضحيات شباب وبنات مصر من أجل الحرية والكرامة ,حيث جمعتا الكاتبتين ما يزيد عن تسعمائة اسم لشهداء الثورة، من خلال مؤسسات المجتمع المدني، وائتلافات شباب الثورة، ويضم الجزء من الأول "دماء على طريق الحرية" قصص وصور لما يقرب من ستين شهيدًا على أن تصدر باقى القصص فى الأجزاء الأخرى تباعًا ,ومن بنى سويف إلى السويس والإسكندرية وحتى رفح دارت صفحات الكتاب التي حرصت الكاتبتان على أن تجمع فيها القصص من كافة أرجاء الوطن، ففي بني سويف وقعت أحداث قصة الشهيد أحمد سعد الذي ظل ينقذ الأطفال الصغار حتى أصيب واستشهد وظلت جثته حتى الصباح في محكمة بنى سويف ,كما يحكي الكتاب عن المساومات والتهديدات التي تعرض لها أهالي الشهداء للتنازل عن القضايا مرة بالتهديد ومرات بالإقناع بقبول الدية ليعلن الجميع أنهم في انتظار القصاص العادل، وهو السبب الذي يجعل اغلب أهالي الشهداء كما تقول الكاتبتان في سطور الكتاب يلفون الدنيا من شرقها إلى غربها بحثا عن دليل.
