نحن المصريون نتميز في الوقت الراهن بأننا أسقطنا نظامين حاكمين كانا مثالين في الاستبداد والفساد، وتخلصنا من رئيسين للجمهورية أفسدا في الأرض في أقل من ثلاث سنوات، وخرجنا بالملايين في كل ميادين الوطن في يوم تاريخي لتفويض القائد العام للقوات المسلحة ـ بعد أن انحاز إلى ثورة 30 يونيو ـ في القضاء على الإرهاب.
واليوم نحن مطالبون بمهمة وطنية فريدة لا يستطيع تحملها إلا شعب يريد أن يصنع إنجاز يضاف إلى إنجازاته التاريخية التي يشهد بها العالم أجمع، تلك المهمة هي " إعادة بناء الوطن" الذي عانى من الحكم غير الديمقراطي والفساد والاستبداد والديكتاتورية على مدى أكثر من نصف قرن.
مصر تريد أن تتحدث عن نفسها مجدداً وتباهي العالم بمنجزات أبناءها الذين يقفون صفاً واحداً في مواجهة أمراض ومشكلات تراكمت عبر سنين طويلة من الفقر والجهل والمرض، وأمراض مستجدة من الإرهاب والفساد والتخلف الإداري وغياب الرؤية الوطنية.
وهذا الكتاب إسهام في توضيح رؤية علمية لإعادة بناء الوطن، واستعادة قيمه ودوره الرائد وأمجاده التاريخية.
