يوصي ببحث مسألة إعادة التأمين على الحياة (التكافلي) والتوسع فيها.
يوصي بإنشاء اتحاد دولي للتأمين التعاوني الإسلامي وإعادة التأمين الإسلامي ليتولى تطوير هذه الصناعة وفق الرؤية الشرعية.
يوصي بإنشاء مؤسسة دولية لوضع معايير تأمين تعاوني إسلامي معتمدة.
يوصى بوضع هيئة شرعية دولية متخصصة في التأمين، تجمع كل خبراء التأمين على مستوى العالم الإسلامي، لإفادة الشركات، وبحث قضايا التأمين، وتصحيح المسار.
كل جوانب البحث في الحقيقية تحتاج لرسائل علمية لبحثها، فلو بحث أحكام التغطيات التأمينية في رسالة علمية لكان كافيًا، وكذلك أحكام إعادة التأمين، وكذلك أحكام الفائض في التأمين التعاوني، وأحكام الشروط في التأمين الصحي التعاوني، وكذلك أحكام بوليصة التأمين الصحي، و أحكام ممارسات ملاك الوثائق، وكذلك أحكام القسط التأميني في الشركات التعاونية ونحوها من المباحث مع العناية بنماذج تطبيقية من واقع الشركات المتجدد في الداخل والخارج.
