"قام الفريق البحثى فى إطار المجموعات البحثية بتطبيق إستمارات الدراسة الإستطلاعية وقد استغرقت هذه المرحلة ما يقرب من شهرين داخل الجامعات محل الدراسة، كما قام المشرفون على المجموعات البحثية بمراجعة الاستمارات بعد جمعها وملء بياناتها واستبعاد الاستمارات غير الصالحة واستكمال بيانات ومعلومات المقابلات المقننة. وقد تم إقرارها بعد مناقشاتها مع الباحث الرئيسى.
حدد الفريق البحثى بإشراف الباحث الرئيسى الخطة الإحصائية التى سيتم على أساسها تحليل بيانات الاستبيانات الخاصة بالطلاب وأعضاء هيئات التدريس داخل الكليات والجامعات المحددة والاتفاق مع أ. ""عماد شلبى"" الباحث بالمركز القومى للبحوث الاجتماعية والجنائية لإعداد المعاملات الإحصائية الخاصة بالدراسة.
قدم مسئولوا المجموعات البحثية تقارير للمؤشرات الأولية للنتائج فى إطار كل مجموعة تم عرضها على الباحث الرئيسى ومناقشتها مع الفريق البحثى داخل الاجتماعات الدورية التى كان يعقدها الفريق البحثى.
قام مسئولوا المجموعات البحثية بإعداد التقارير التفصيلية الخاصة بنتائج الدراسة الاستطلاعية فى كل المجموعات وعرض هذه التقارير على هيئة البحث والباحث الرئيسى ومناقشتها.
