نسرين ياسين بلوط (مواليد 3 تموز آب 1978، بيروت) شاعرة وروائية لبنانية لها من الشعر ثلاث دواوين: أرجوان الشاطئ صادر عن دار لبنان للطباعة والنشر عام 2010، ورؤيا في بحر الشوق صادر عن الجزائر عام 2011، ومهربة كلماتي إليك صادر عن دار مكتبة التراث الأدبي 2013، بالإضافة إلى كتابة الروايات والقصص القصيرة. تخرجت من جامعة أتاوا الكندية سنة 2002. صدرت لها عن دار سما للطباعة والنشر رواية بعنوان مساؤك ألم ورواية بعنوان الخطيئة.

وعندما كاد يصل الى "كشك" العم مدبولي الذي يقع على أول ناصية من الحي.. تمهَّل في سيره وتحسَّس شيئا...كان هناك ورقة صغيرة دسها في جيب سرواله قبل أن يغادر البيت.. أخرجها ونظر اليها بتمعُّنٍ وتردُّدٍ..ثم هتف في سرِّه: "نعم أنا حي.."
توقّف أمام الكشك الصغير..نظر في عيني العم مدبولي بثبات قائلا: "انا عايز اطلب الرقم ده من فضلك".
هزَّ العم مدبولي رأسه بايماءة الموافقة..إن أكثر ما يعجبه في شخص العم مدبولي أنه لا يتكلم..هو صامت دائماً.. كأنه لا يجاري عقارب الساعة في دورانها ويقف في الزمن مشدوداً الى الوراء...قابعاً في زاوية مطبقة على ذاتها لا تخضع لفصول السنة ولا لتغييرات الزمان اوالمكان..تمنى لو أنه يستطيع ان يصمت مثله الى الأبد فيكفي نفسه شرور الدهر..
