لا يكون الوفاق بين الرجل والمرأة إلا إذا فهم كل منهما طبيعة الآخر، وما تتطلبه كل من الغريزتين، أما الشقاق فيحدث نتيجة العجز عن هذا الفهم، وقد تؤدي أسباب أخرى إلى الخلاف والجفوة، ولكن من المحقق أن العجز عن إدراك مطالب الغريزة النوعية للمرأة يؤدي بلا أدنى شك وفي كل حال إلى فساد ما بينها وبين الرجل، ومن الرجال من يكون سلوكه مُرْضيًا للمرأة ومحبِّبًا لها فيه وهو لا يدري لماذا، لأن سلوكه معها لا فضل فيه إلا للفطرة الذكية، غير أن الفهم الصحيح لا يكون إلا ثمرة الدرس العلمي، وليست الغريزة النوعية في المرأة فوضى، فإن لها قوانين قد يلحقها الاضطراب أحيانًا ويصيبها الشذوذ، ولكنها حتى في شذوذها واضطربها غير مستعصية على الدرس.
