دفتری كه در دست دارید، یك روزشمار است كه می‌تواند پاسخگوی نیاز نهادها و كانون‌های تحفیظ قرآنكریم در سراسر جهان بوده باشد، و تا آنجا كه امكان داشته است، ساده و بی‌پیرایه نگارش یافته است، تا كاركردن با آن برای مربیان قرآن و اولیاء قرآن‌آموزان و خود قرآن‌آموزان آسان باشد، زیرا مسئله مهم پیگیری تمرین و حفظ قرآنكریم درخورِ آن است كه در چارچوب یك نظام تشكیلاتی سه نفره سازمان یابد. نگارنده، در اثنای بازدیدهای مكرر از كلاس‌های حفظ قرآن، به گونه‌ای ملموس و محسوس، دریافته است كه یكی از بهترین وسائل كمك آموزشی در راستای كارآیی تمرین و حفظ قرآنكریم و فعالیت مُثمرثمر قرآن‌آموزان، همین دفتر روزشمار، و پیگری ثبت روزانه پیشرفت حفظ قرآن در آن است، تا در پرتوِ آن همه روزه، كار تمدن و حفظ قرآن‌آموزان به طور هماهنگ زیرنظر مربیان قرآن و اولیاء قرآن‌آموزان دنبال شود؛ و برای تحقق این منظور دفتر روزشمار حاضر تهیه و تنظیم گردید. این دفتر به صورتی انعطاف‌پذیر تهیه شده است كه برای همه¬ي محافل و نهادها و كانون‌های تحفیظ قرآنكریم در سراسر جهان اعم از كشورهای عربی و اروپایی و افریقایی با همه اختلاف روش‌ها و شیوه‌هایی كه دارند به كار آید.
