أنطونيو تابوكي (بالإيطالية: Antonio Tabucchi)؛ (23 سبتمبر 1943 - 25 مارس 2012) كاتب وأكاديمي إيطالي يحاضر في اللغة والآداب البرتغالية بجامعة سيينا.
إيطاليا.
ذو هوى برتغالي عميق, وهو مترجم خبير للكاتب فرناندو بيسوا, ومنه يتأثر تابوكي بمواضيع الحنين إلى الماضي والخيال وتعدد الهويّة.
اصطدام أنطونيو الأول بأعمال بيسوا كان في الستينيات.
حين درس الأول بالسوربون.
بلغ منه الإعجاب حدّ دراسة اللغة البرتغالية خصّيصاً لأجل فهم أفضل لبيسوا.
تمت ترجمة كتب ومقالات تابوكي في 18 بلد.
منها اليابان.
كما أن تابوكي ترجم أعمالاً كثيرة لبيسوا إلى الإيطالية.
وألّف كتاباً من مقالات وكوميديات عنه.
نال تابوكي الجائزة الفرنسية "Médicis étranger".
وجائزة البريميو كامبيلّو.
والأريستوين.
ولد تابوكي في بيسا لكنه نشأ بمنزل جدّيه بقرية فيتشيانو القريبة.
وخلال أعوام دراسته بالجامعة, سافر طويلاً حول أوروبا متتبعاً آثار أدباء قرأ لهم في مكتبة عمه.
وخلال أحد هذه الرحلات.
وجد قصيدة "تاباكاريا"(أو محلّ التبغ), ضمن كتب قديمة تباع بالقرب من غار دو ليون بباريس.
موقّعة بـ"آلفارو دو كامبو", واحدة من الهويّات التي كتب بها فرناندو بيسوا.
وكانت القصيدة مترجمة إلى الفرنسية بواسطة بيير هوركاد.
ومن هنا بدأ هواه الذي استمر عشرين سنة.
زار لشبونة وازداد اهتمامه بالمدينة والبلد ككل (البرتغال).
وتخرّج في 1969 بعدما قدّم أطروحته "السوريالية في البرتغال".
وفي 1973 عُيّن مدرساً للغة والآداب البرتغالية في بولونا.
وفي العام ذاته كتب روايته الأولى "ساحة إيطاليا" (بالإيطالية : Piazza d'Italia) وفيها وصف للتاريخ من وجهة نظر المهزومين.
في هذه الحالة، هم الفوضويون التوسكان.
Book Description
اختفت إيزابيل، المناضلة ضد ديكتاتورية سالازار في البرتغال، في ظروف غامضة. ورغم أن صديقها تاديوس قرأ خبر موتها في الصحيفة، لم يصدّق وراح يسافر من مكان إلى آخر، مقتفياً رموزاً وإشارات ترشده في بحثه، ملتقياً آخر الأشخاص الذين التقتهم إيزابيل قبل اختفائها المفاجئ. في رحلة البحث، يدخل تاديوس متاهة «الماندالا»، متنقّلاً من دائرة إلى أخرى، في أجواء بوليسية وروحانية. من لشبونة إلى جبال الألب السويسرية، يجد تاديوس نفسه مرةً أخرى في ذاك القارب نفسه، تحت ضوء القمر الأحمر نفسه، حيث قال لإيزابيل ذات يوم: وداعاً.
