تتشرف مؤسسة الفرقان بأن تقدم إلى القراء الأعزاء هذه الباقة من مطبوعات مراكزها الثلاثة التي تعنى بدراسة التراث الإسلامي المخطوط، وهي: 1-مركز دراسات المخطوطات الإسلامية (مركز المخطوطات) الذي يقوم بفهرسة التراث الإسلامي وحفظه، ودراسته، وتحقيقه، ونشره وتشجيع البحث في مجالات علومه. 2-مركز دراسات مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية (مركز المقاصد)، وتتلخص مهمته في إحياء فقه المقاصد، وتوسيع نطاق الاهتمام العلمي والفكري بمقاصد الشريعة، إضافة إلى العلوم الشرعية والاجتماعية والإنسانية الأخرى. 3-مركز موسوعة مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة (مركز الموسوعة) الذي يهدف إلى توثيق دور المدينتين الشريفتين في الحياة الدينية والثقافية والسياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية على مر العصور. وتضم هذه القائمة في طياتها كل ما نشرته المؤسسة – منذ تأسيسها سنة 1988 إلى يومنا هذا – من فهارس للمخطوطات، وأعمال موسوعية، ودراسات، وكتب محققة، ومحاضرات، وندوات، ومؤتمرات، وأعمال دورات، إلخ، وقد وصل عدد الكتب المطبوعة حتى الآن ما يناهز الـ 120 عنوانا، صدرت في أكثر من 200 مجلدا. وتحرص مؤسسة الفرقان للتراث الإسلامي على تحقيق أهدافها في سبيل صيانة هذا التراث المخطوط ببذل كل ما يتوفر من جهود، مستعينة على ذلك بخبرة العلماء الأكفاء في هذا المجال، خدمة لتراث الأمة حاضرا ومستقبلا.
